Operations Specialist

The primary function of the Operation Analyst is to provide day-to-day support for all internal forms, form vendor solutions, and project support as required. Additionally, this role will work with the team to prioritize, assign and QC tasks.In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind delivering high-quality forms that keep our business moving. You’ll lead the team to hit deadlines and achieve annual goals, while collaborating with Operations, Product, and Compliance to design and refine forms that meet evolving needs. You’ll manage vendor relationships and costs to ensure efficiency, and partner with IT Development and QA to implement coding changes that bring form updates to life.Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service to internal clientsComplete and manage forms changes and enhancements with other team membersProvide consultation and analysis on forms related changes to help identify the scope of the work and resources requiredProvide consultation and analysis for forms solutionsCoordinate updates to the forms applications as requiredMaintain a high level of user expertise regarding forms, regulatory requirements and retirement operationsRecommend forms enhancements needed to improve operational efficienciesCreate and maintain forms procedures and checklistsCreate and maintain custom forms procedures and checklistsCoordinate testing of form changesFlexible for additional ad hoc projects as determined by ManagerQualifications: Strong analytical skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.Ability to make critical and timely business decisions independentlyGood judgement based on company and department goalsProven ability to comprehend technical systems and processes and possess the technical knowledge needed to work with the development and quality assurance teams at a detailed level.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of subject matter experts.The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and the ability to work well with other areas at RPS, often under tight deadlines. Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.Strong organizational, time management skills and teamwork skills.Understanding of work flow, business processesRetirement and/or Financial industry experience a plus.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset.
