You’ll help design and refine business reports and dashboards and assist in developing and fine-tuning AI and machine learning models that enhance customer operations. This is a unique opportunity to apply your programming and data analysis skills to real marketing and customer service challenges and see how data-driven insights improve customer experiences.This position is part of ENMAX’s 16-week Summer Student Program (2026). ENMAX invests in future talent by providing real project experience and mentorship. Applicants must be enrolled full-time in a relevant post-secondary program and returning to school after the summer term.Major Responsibilities:Assist our reporting and analytics team in compiling large data sets for analysis Learn and engage in our billing operations task management Provide administrative assistance in the areas of file and mail management Contribute to our real time workforce management team’s goals of operating an efficient and effective contact centre environment Education Required: Currently enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program (e.g., Data Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, or Communications) and returning to full-time studies following the work term.
