Fusion Security continues to grow and provide professional security services throughout Greater Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, with clients in a wide variety of sectors, including government, retail, commercial sites, industrial sites, and residential areas. Our mission is to deliver the highest quality service in each interaction that reflects a strong and respectful culture.

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and a customer-focused security professional for the position of Field Support Supervisor (Full Time).

The successful candidate will be mainly responsible for field staff support and supervision. Strong knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures will be required. Other operational roles and duties in a supportive capacity may be assigned from time to time.


Responsibilities:

Conducting briefings for special coverage assignmentsConducting impromptu and scheduled site visits and staff assessments Assisting with alarm response and building patrolsLiaising between clients and site staff in emergency situationsConducting staff follow-up meetings for disciplinary issuesConducting intervention or assistance with employee emergencies or injuriesDelivering uniforms and other items to field staffAuditing reports Other administrative responsibilities as directed by Fusion Security Management

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of supervisory experienceAt least 3 years of security experienceA valid BC Security LicenseCertified in Occupational First Aid Level 1/Basic Level First AidClass 5 Driver's License with a clean driving recordHigh school diploma is required at a minimum, however, post-secondary education is preferred

Skills:

Excellent communication skills (including phone, email and report writing)Strong computer skills (including use of Tracktik software)Attention to detail and ability to multi-taskExceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with staff and clients Strong organizing and planning skillsAbility to work without close supervisionGood physical condition

Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be required to regularly interact with all Security Officers and Supervisors, as well as various members of Fusion Security Management.
