Security Program Director

We are looking for a skilled Site Security Manager to join our team at CareerArc. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for leading the security program and ensuring that security services delivered on site meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of security officers and supervise daily operations, including training and orientation of new staff members.
- Collaborate with Shift Supervisors and Portfolio Resource Coordinator to maintain a site staffing schedule and ensure staffing levels meet client needs.
- Conduct thorough interviews for prospective staff before initiating training, ensuring they meet the highest standards for deployment.
- Develop and implement effective training programs for security officers, including refresher training.
- Serve as the first point of contact for security escalations during regular business hours and after-hours, investigating incident reports and notifying appropriate departments.
- Minimum two years of work experience in the security industry.
- Minimum two years of supervisory/managerial work experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
