Nous travaillons avec transparence, offrons des solutions de haute qualité et favorisons la collaboration afin d’améliorer nos services ainsi que nos relations avec nos clients.ResponsabilitésAgir à titre de bras droit des CPA, en les assistant dans les tâches complexes et la prise de décision.Fournir un soutien technique et des conseils aux membres de l’équipe.Diriger des initiatives d’amélioration des processus afin d’accroître l’efficacité opérationnelle.Examiner et approuver les feuilles de temps pour en assurer l’exactitude et le respect du budget.Effectuer des tâches complexes et à forte valeur ajoutée, selon les besoins, pour soutenir l’équipe.RequirementsExigencesBaccalauréat en comptabilité, finance ou dans un domaine connexe.Solides compétences techniques en comptabilité et en analyse financière, avec la capacité d’appuyer les CPA dans des mandats complexes.Habileté à guider et à encadrer les membres de l’équipe, tout en favorisant leur développement professionnel.Esprit d’amélioration continue, capable de recommander et d’implanter des solutions pour accroître l’efficacité opérationnelle.Expérience avec les logiciels comptables (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage et NetSuite)Maîtrise de la suite MS Office, particulièrement ExcelExcellentes compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du tempsExcellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écritRequirementsSolid understanding of accounting principles and practices. Basic knowledge of accounting software (Quickbooks, Xero, Sage and Netsuite) Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English and French
