**Job Description**:
You will report directly to the **Creative Design Manager **and will be responsible for leading our growing Design Team, producing creative digital designs, and reinforcing and expanding the Linen Chest brand to ensure consistency across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead/oversee the Design Team’s day-to-day in the calendar to ensure work objectives are met
- Manage workload, distribute tasks and provide support to the Designers where needed
- Review and approve the work of junior and mid-level designers by giving feedback and guidance
- Collaborate directly with the Digital Marketing Team to carry out projects from initial concept to final design
- Combine design expertise with knowledge in brand identity and digital marketing in order to achieve quality results
- Ensure that brand guidelines are consistent across all communication channels

**Qualifications**:
Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 3+ years experience as a graphic designer with excellent understanding of digital marketing, brand identity, design conception and campaign execution
- University degree or CEGEP-equivalent in graphic design or related field
- Excellent leadership, communication and time-management skills
- Thorough problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong design skills, with an aptitude for taking initiative and innovating
- Sharp attention to detail and strong eye and understanding of visual aesthetics
- Highly organized, flexible, and able to balance multiple projects and prioritize workload with a positive attitude
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Intermediate knowledge of motion graphics and animation an asset
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS + UX experience an asset
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and ability to adapt to change when necessary
- Bilingual (verbal and written)
