At Domino's, our most important ingredient is our people We offer employment opportunities within our 620+ franchise and corporate stores from coast to coast.Job TitleGeneral Manager – Domino’s Pizza (Victoria, BC)Intro You’re a strong operator, not a babysitter.You like clear numbers, clear standards, and a team that actually executes.At Domino’s Victoria we’re looking for a General Manager who wants full ownership of a high‑volume store.Why this role is differentYou’ll like it here if you want:Real autonomy: You run your store like an owner within a proven Domino’s system. Clear metrics: - you’ll know exactly what “good” looks like. Stability + growth: Established sales volume, strong brand, and room to grow Support, not chaos: Centralized supply chain, strong tech  and an owner who understands operations.What you’ll ownYou are fully responsible for:Store performanceHitting sales and profitability targets Managing food and labor costs to target Maintaining strong delivery and carryout times (we’re serious about speed and accuracy)People & leadershipHiring, training, and scheduling a team of team members, drivers, and shift leads Building a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high standards Coaching shift leaders to run strong shifts without you on the floorOperations & qualityEnsuring every shift runs to Domino’s standards – product quality, service, and cleanliness Using our systems to plan, forecast, and staff effectively Handling customer escalations and turning problems into repeat businessBrand & customer experienceMonitoring Customer reviews and acting on feedback Protecting the Domino’s brand in your trade area through consistent executionWhat success looks like in 6–12 monthsYour store consistently hits or beats:Delivery time and carryout time targets Food and labor cost targets Customer satisfaction scoresYou have:A reliable bench of shift leaders Low turnover in your core team A store that can run strong even when you’re not on the floorWhat we’re looking forMust‑haves:2+ years experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in QSR, pizza, or similar high‑volume food service Proven track record managing:Labor and food cost Scheduling and staffing Training and performance managementComfortable running busy times without losing control of quality or service Strong, direct, and fair leadership style – you set expectations, follow through, and lead by exampleNice‑to‑haves:Experience with Domino’s or another large pizza brand Experience managing delivery operations (drivers, routes, safety, and timing) Multi‑unit exposure or ambition to move into multi‑unit leadershipThis role is NOT a fit if:You avoid tough conversations about performance or standards You’re uncomfortable being fully accountable for P&L results You prefer a slow, low‑volume environmentWhat we offerCompensation:Base salary: $65.000 - $75000 which includes wages, tips and potiential profit sharingSchedule:Full‑time, including evenings and weekends (with input into your schedule)Benefits:Benefits after 90 daysStaff discounts on Domino’s productsGrowth:Ongoing coaching from an experienced owner/operatorApply NowWe review every application within 24 hours.If you’re a strong fit, we’ll schedule an interview within 48 hours.
