They are in search of a new Engineering Solutions/Representative for the Greater Victoria Area.This individual must be able to service the needs of the engineering community by understanding, engineering, and detailing the selection of components, systems, and solutions for HVAC designs. Good communication skills, self-motivation, and a desire to learn will be required.Salary Range - $90,000-$100,000 + BonusPrimary DutiesDevelop and maintain relationships with all industry stakeholders (Engineers, Architects, Contractors, Developers, Owners etc.), Maintain a presence in the engineering community. The goal is to have products specified, or listed as an equal, on all projects.Understand client’s needs and provide appropriate technical solutions to achievesatisfaction/design intentUnderstand, and remain current with, both industry and local codes and regulations, and market trends, to ensure we comply and can exploit opportunities.Want to continuously learn and growSelf-educate, and attend manufacturer’s factory / training visits, to ensure you are constantly up to date on the latest product developments and software tools.
