Learn more about us by visiting our webpage.Position overview:As the Facilities Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include providing support for all building-related activities for our retail hearing centres nationwide. You will be a part of a fast-paced team working to ensure that all facilities are safe and well functioning. The goal is to ensure our clinic operations are problem-free so that employees can work under the best conditions. This is permanent full-time position with hybrid (2-3 days per week) at our Burlington Head Office located at 5041 Burlington, Ontario. Typical work hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday with occasional evenings and weekends.What we offer:$60,000 to $65,000 annual base salary based on experience plus annual bonus entitlement.Comprehensive benefit package including health, dental, vision + a healthcare spending account, starting on day one of hireRRSP matching programGenerous time off policies including 3 weeks of vacation, 7 paid personal days, + 1 paid volunteer day per yearTraining, learning, + continuing education opportunitiesFriends and family discounts + access to our employee perk programPurpose-driven + people-centric culture with the ability to make an impact in our communities across CanadaWhat you'll do:Duties may include but are not limited to the following:Organize and lead JHSC, ensuring that safety compliance is met at Head Office and retail centres.Support facilities team in various safety and preventative maintenance programs, including program design and executionSupport and ensure the business/clinic regulatory requirements.Support and assist with facility central services such as security, cleaning, parking, and maintenance issues.Manage service coordination for facility and audiological equipment support tickets. Respond quickly to facility and equipment emergencies and failures.Coordinate service calls with contractors and clinic team.Work cooperatively with vendors and contractors to get quotes and expedite the completion of repair and maintenance work.Maintain tracking programs for audiological equipment, inspection schedules and repairs.Support the reporting and review of facility-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures, and purchasesCoordinate and complete purchase orders to assist with supply flow to clinics.Provide prompt and customer-focused response to requests and issues from clinic staffPlan ahead to assess and mitigate risks to clinic operationsSupport and assist with project management initiatives as neededContribute to organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job components.Other related duties as assignedWhat we're looking for:College diploma or equivalent working experienceExperience in Health & Safety committees and regulations (required)2-4 years of experience in administrative fieldG license and reliable vehicleSome travel will be required across Canada.To join us on our journey in providing Wonderful Sound for All, click the "Apply Now" buttonWSA acknowledges that this posting represents a current, existing vacancy.
