You thrive in dynamic environments and leading teams in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence while upholding artisanal standards. You have a background in hands-on barista work and/or coffee shop ownership with a desire to be an integral piece of a growing organization. Strong motivation and business acumen are key and you must be comfortable with regular hands-on work. Salary:$55,000 - $65,000 per year (flexibility for perfect fit)Hours of Work:40 hours per week within business hours.
