Detailed Job Description Location: Red DeerFull-Time | PermanentEdon is anticipating growth in the Red Deer area and is looking for an experienced Caretaking Manager in the Red Deer area. This position will oversee custodial operations for various buildings. You will manage a team and lead custodial operations, ensuring all facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming.Important Note: Applicants must reside in the Red Deer area to be considered. We recognize the value of a diverse workforce and actively encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities.Explore more about us and watch the WHO WE ARE video: or visit our website Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise caretaking staff and oversee daily cleaning operations.Develop and implement cleaning schedules and quality standards.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental protocols.Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to address special cleaning needsSupport event setup and tear down.QualificationsMinimum 5 years’ experience in custodial or caretaking management.Strong leadership and team-building skills.Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Experience with budgeting and vendor management is an asset.
