POSITION SUMMARY As the Operations Director, you will be at the heart of the action and play a vital role in the organization’s cohesion. A true bridge between strategic vision and on-the-ground reality, you will transform ambitions into concrete results while rallying teams around common objectives. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: Establish, maintain, and improve high standards of quality and productivity to ensure optimal operational performance. Plan, organize, and optimize technician schedules and routes to maximize efficiency and reduce inefficiencies. Monitor operational indicators (KPIs), analyze performance gaps, and swiftly implement corrective actions to achieve objectives. Administer, maintain, and improve internal systems related to operations (dispatch, scheduling, inventory, tracking tools) while ensuring their proper functioning and evolution. Ensure smooth and effective communication between internal and external teams, fostering cohesion and collaboration. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, internal procedures, and current regulatory requirements. Supervise operational staff: recruitment, coaching, performance evaluations, and disciplinary management when required. Lead or actively participate in various committees, including occupational health & safety and technological innovation, to strengthen operational performance and modernization. Oversee the quality of daily service delivered by technicians to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyze key financial indicators, support revenue growth, and ensure rigorous expense management. Conduct regular client visits and collaborate closely with the sales team to identify business opportunities and expand the client base. Maintain a high level of customer service: proactive issue management, problem resolution, and follow-up on requests. Stay informed about industry trends, technological innovations, and best practices to maintain competitiveness. Supervise the maintenance, management, and optimal use of operational vehicles and equipment.   THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION ARE: University degree in management, operations, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in an operations management role, ideally in a technical, logistics, or service-oriented environment. Demonstrated experience in team management, process optimization, and continuous improvement. Strong understanding of field operations, technical workflows, and resource planning. Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards and applicable regulations.
