S3 Wireform is currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our office in Swift Current, SK. This is a full-time position starting immediately.The ideal candidate will work directly with customers for inquiries, sales, service, and warranty trouble shoot technical problems with customers and provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report generation, and expense tracking.Duties (include but are not limited to):Generate Sales QuotesProcess and follow up on Sales Order Entries, Warranty Claims, and update existing orders as requiredDevelop customer Delivery Schedules Manage forecasts, quoting, order process, and product returns Research and generate new Customer leads and contactsSome travel may be required to meet with existing CustomersSpeak, listen and write in a clear and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniquesAttend trade shows and industry conferences as requestedParticipate in Marketing and Production MeetingsExperience & Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year in Sales and Customer ServiceMinimum of Grade 12 DiplomaPossess valid Driver's LicenseExperience with Sales and Customer ServiceAgricultural background is preferredExperience managing a wide variety of priorities in a fast paced environmentPositive and co-operative team playerCapable of working with minimal supervisionMust be accurate and detail orientedMust be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Maintain a calm and composed demeanor in high pressure situationsExcellent organization skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customersWhy Work at S3 Group?Competitive wagesComprehensive benefits packageRRSP matching and bonus programsEducational & health allowancesAdvancement opportunitiesChallenging, respectful work environment
