S3 Wireform, a division of S3 Group Ltd. is currently recruiting for a **Sales Representative** to join our team at our office in **Swift Current, SK**. This is a full-time position starting immediately.

**Job Overview**:

- Ensure quality, as outlined in our Quality Manual, is inherent in all tasks performed
- Customer communication, by phone, mail, in-person and electronically
- Develop customer delivery schedules
- Enter and follow up on customer non-conformances
- Work with production to sort out and prioritize any delivery schedules
- Attend production meetings
- Assist with late A/R collection
- Support Continuous Improvement methodologies to reduce waste and improve profit
- Support meeting Customer Quality Expectations
- Support start up meetings
- Generate reports as instructed by the General Manager
- May be required to attend trade shows and assist in other tasks assigned by the General Manager
- Maintain customer current/obsolete specifications
- Design and cost new wireform products
- Maintain accurate and timely hard copy and computer records
- Prepare individual quotes for wireform product
- Prepare blanket quotes for OEM manufacturers that purchase from S3 Wireform
- Provide technical support to customers in the development of new products
- Facilitate inspection and testing of customer-sent samples to ensure compliance of S3 Wireform specifications
- Maintain accurate records of quoted pieces not yet assigned part numbers
- Maintain monthly costing reports
- Ensure all tasks are performed with the highest regard for safety, as outlined in our Safety Manual
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Post secondary degree / diploma or adequate experience
- Possess advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel
- Knowledge in the use of Advanced Spring Design would be an asset.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule a wide variety of tasks
- Possess exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to be goal oriented
- Possess excellent problem solving skills
- Positive and co-operative team player
- Capable of working with mínimal supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
