This is an excellent opportunity for someone excited about being a part of a winning team and working towards career growth opportunities.Position Summary:The Production Scheduler plays a critical role in ensuring efficient and cost-effective manufacturing operations at Thomson Power Systems. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules that balance inventory levels, resource availability, and delivery timelines.The Production Scheduler collaborates closely with production, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of manufacturing plans and to proactively address scheduling challenges.YOUR MISSIONMajor Responsibilities:Develop and maintain optimal production schedules to maximize productivity and on-time delivery while minimizing costs and changeovers.Assign work orders to manufacturing resources based on capacity, constraints, and business rules.Monitor production execution and dynamically adjust schedules to resolve issues and maintain operational efficiency.Coordinate with production, supply chain, and inventory teams to ensure material availability and alignment with delivery timelines.Communicate production schedules and updates to relevant departments, ensuring transparency and responsiveness to changes.Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.Support continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling, planning, and resource utilization.Maintain accurate records of production schedules, work orders, and resource allocations in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.ARE YOU THE ONE?Required Education, Experience and Skills:3+ years of experience in production scheduling, manufacturing planning, or operations coordination.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product flow, and resource capabilities.Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and scheduling software/tools.Proven ability to balance conflicting objectives such as inventory levels, changeover minimization, and production efficiency.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and resolve scheduling conflicts.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to continuous improvement.About Regal RexnordRegal Rexnord is a publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
