TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is partnered with one of Saskatchewan’s leading HVAC equipment supplier and are searching for their new Territory Sales Manager. Our client has been established for many decades and has a reputation for their great work culture.In this role, you will oversee the Aftermarket Sales Division, guiding its efforts to expand both equipment and service sales. You’ll work directly with customers, nurturing established relationships, identifying new opportunities, and implementing sales initiatives that support outstanding customer service and long-term growth.This is a position comes with a base salary and commission structure, with opportunity to earn $175,000+ What they are looking for:A proactive, detail-focused individual who takes pride in delivering top-tier customer serviceSomeone who quickly builds trust with customers and enjoys helping them identify the right equipment or service optionsAn effective communicator who can work independently or as part of a teamA strong problem solver with solid time-management abilitiesEager to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven environmentThe background they are looking for:Post-secondary education in mechanical engineering, mechanical technology, business, or a journeyperson certificate in plumbing, refrigeration, sheet metal is an asset. HVAC, or other Aftermarket sales experience is an asset.
