Companies in the B2B and B2C (e-commerce) sectors entrust us with the crucial step of their pre-shipment and packaging logistics, and benefit from our expertise, our agility, our innate sense of inventory management and the accuracy of our pick-pack-ship processes. We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining material handling and order picking equipment. This person will have to manage a small team of electromechanic professionals, request quotations for replacement parts, ensure maintenance and breakdown prevention, prepare and execute work, as well as manage subcontracting for larger and more complex interventions. Responsabilities Act as a resource person to distribute daily work, support the team of electromechanics in execution and ensure the quality of tasks performed. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment in compliance with manufacturer standards (conveyor network, ventilation systems, robots, loading docks). Support day-to-day operations by ensuring proper functioning of equipment and conveyor network. Respond to service calls in a timely manner for equipment/building repairs, replacements and adjustments Be able to read technical drawings to carry out work independently. Carry out minor building repairs. Perform basic electrical work (an asset). Conduct warehouse tours to validate the quality of tasks performed by the team and identify potential risks and opportunities for preventive maintenance or servicing. Manage external contractors during their visits. Maintain standard procedures (S.O.P.). Strictly comply with health/safety/environmental procedures and all other standards relating to maintenance activities. Write various reports and identify replacement parts required to perform the work requested. Be on-call outside regular working hours in case of emergency. REQUIRED PROFILE Demonstrate analytical skills and ability to suggest solutions. Willing to solve complex problems. Ability to manage time and priorities. Good building maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
