As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, promoting quality service and helping grow our business within the branch location. Your role is vital in shaping the customer’s experience through strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Pay Rate: $31 per hour Location: Fully onsite position in Candiac, QC. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact with customers via phone or onsite, developing positive relationships with key clients. Assess customers’ needs and gather essential information. Create basic work orders in designated systems. Provide status updates to customers upon request. Receive orders from the Project Management team and schedule associated work for technicians. Manage high volumes of communication and prioritize work accordingly. Qualifications and Competencies: Communicates effectively: Develop and deliver multi-mode communications for varying audiences. Manages conflict: Handle conflict situations with minimal disruption. Customer focus: Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Directs work: Provide clear direction and remove obstacles to achieve work objectives. Financial acumen: Interpret key financial indicators for sound business decisions. Instills trust: Earn confidence and trust through honesty, integrity, and authenticity. Diagnostics Application: Troubleshoot customer complaints and document findings. Warranty Process: Analyze issues, verify warranty eligibility, and process claims. Technical Escalation: Gather details, use resources, elevate issues when needed, and track resolutions. Service Documentation: Accurately document all service-related information. Electronic Service Tool Application: Apply electronic tools to diagnose and resolve service events. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills through education, training, or on-the-job experience. Experience as a dispatcher or coordinator is an asset. Bilingual Required: Fluent in French and Intermediate in English. Taux horaire : 31,25 $ Lieu : Poste entièrement en présentiel à Candiac, QC. Responsabilités principales : Agir en tant que premier point de contact auprès des clients, par téléphone ou en personne, et développer des relations positives avec les clients clés. Évaluer les besoins des clients et recueillir les informations essentielles. Créer des bons de travail de base dans les systèmes désignés. Fournir des mises à jour de statut aux clients sur demande. Recevoir les commandes de l’équipe de gestion de projet et planifier le travail associé pour les techniciens. Gérer un volume élevé de communications et prioriser le travail en conséquence. Processus de garantie : analyser les problèmes, vérifier l’éligibilité à la garantie et traiter les demandes. Escalade technique : recueillir les détails, utiliser les ressources, escalader les problèmes si nécessaire et suivre les résolutions. Documentation de service : saisir avec précision toutes les informations liées au service. Application des outils électroniques de service : utiliser les outils électroniques appropriés pour diagnostiquer et résoudre les événements de service. Exigences : Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent requis. Expérience professionnelle pertinente ou compétences spécialisées obtenues par la formation, l’éducation ou l’expérience sur le terrain. Expérience comme répartiteur(trice) ou coordonnateur(trice) est un atout. Bilingue exigé : français courant et anglais intermédiaire.
