We believe in establishing long-term relationships based on providing purpose-built solutionsAbout the Role We are a leading and well-established manufacturing organization in the Hamilton area and are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as an Accounts Payable Administrator & Business Analyst. This unique role blends hands-on accounts payable responsibilities with data analysis, process improvement, and budgeting support. You’ll ensure accurate and timely payments to our vendors while also helping the business make smarter, data-driven decisions. What You’ll Do Process vendor invoices, match POs, and ensure payments are accurate and on time. Maintain vendor records and resolve payment or invoice discrepancies. Reconcile accounts payable balances and prepare reports for month-end close. Analyze expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support the budgeting process. Prepare variance analyses and monitor actual spend against budget. Collaborate with finance, procurement, and IT to improve processes and implement system enhancements. Use Excel, ERP, and BI tools to generate insights and support decision-making. What You Bring Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of accounts payable experience, with strong analytical skills. Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills (BI tools an asset). Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
