We are seeking Casual Registered Social Workers, for the Kelowna General Hospital, and a variety of service areas including: community, long-term care, mental health, and primary care. Social Work shift times are: 08:00-16:00, 09:00-21:00 and 15:00-23:00, and may be on any day of the week. Working collaboratively with other health care providers and the multidisciplinary team, you will provide direct psychosocial care, counseling, system navigation and advocacy, education and linkage to relevant specialized complex care resources while facilitating client self-management.
