Apply to lead OperationsA major owner and property manager of Class A office buildings in the Montreal area is seeking a passionate Director of Operations to manage all daily technical operations of a prestigious office building in the heart of the Montreal region.As Director of Operations, you will be the pivot person responsible for all daily technical operations of the property. You will play a strategic role in assisting and managing capital investment, operating, and tenant improvement projects.This Director of Operations role is essential to ensure the efficiency, profitability, and overall aesthetics of the building, as well as to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for tenants and clients.Reporting to the Property Director, you will collaborate closely with management to support the various facets of property management and drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives (such as GRESB and BOMA BEST), which are core values for our client. This Director of Operations role requires excellent knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.), as well as a working knowledge of technical operating systems like Angus or similar, and Metasys. This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours/week), requiring presence during the building's business hours (Monday to Friday), with on-call availability for emergencies. The salary will be adjusted to skills and comparable to market conditions.A crucial prerequisite for this Director of Operations position is perfect bilingualism (written and spoken).
