Learn and grow with us This is a terrific opportunity for the agriculture, logistics, or retail-business non-student looking for a summer job to advance their knowledge and experience within an ag solutions-based business.  This position is seasonal from February – October 2026.  What You'll Do: Work in compliance with all Safety, Environmental, and Operating Standards.  Draw farm supplies from warehouse stock to fill customer orders. Make deliveries or assist with the coordination of shipment with the transportation organization. Assist in the identification of blending opportunities. Complete farm supply shipping documentation. Keep facilities and grounds clean, well maintained, and free of fire hazards. What You'll Bring: Previous equipment operation (e.g., Skid Steer, Forklift) and maintenance experience, an asset.  Valid driver’s license.  Compensation & Benefits:  The estimated salary that Indeed, Glassdoor and LinkedIn suggested does not represent Nutrien's compensation structure. The salary range for this role, in Delta, BC, is between $19.76 - $34.56. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
