Reporting to the Senior Regional HSE Manager the HSE Coordinator serves as the on‑site safety lead and primary safety expert, providing guidance to the project team while managing client interactions, safety reporting, and mentorship of HSE staff. In this role, the Coordinator also supports the Infrastructure Division by delivering safety updates, overseeing documentation, and ensuring effective collaboration with both internal partners and external stakeholders. Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site Lead on‑site HSE operations, including safety orientations and worker trainingConduct site inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsSupport incident investigations, reporting, and monthly safety trend analysisMaintain accurate HSE documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, SDS, and emergency materialsServe as the main HSE contact for clients and regulatory bodies, providing updates and resolving issues The Right Tools for the Job Education & Certifications: High school diploma plus a college/technical diploma; Health & Safety certification or designation considered an assetExperience: 3–5 years in safety or a related field, with demonstrated capability to manage othersSkills Required: Strong understanding of HSE management systems and general constructability; ability to lead and mentor; proficiency with MS Office and online reporting tools#LI-ONSITE #LI-FullTime Lay the Foundation for Your Next Career Move.
