**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversees field ops implementation of occupational safety/health and environmental program activities ensuring regulatory compliance and conformance to internal CS HSEMS standards.
- Fosters continual focus on our Incident and Injury Free philosophy.
- Ensure the effective use of HSE information management tools (Velocity, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) is in place for site leaders and use information to understand and manage risk.
- Trend performance data to understand areas of weakness.
- Responsible for the maintenance of all HSE records and training program.
- Participate on Composite Systems (CS) HSE Team and Flexpipe HSE Team.
- Lead HSE Team for own site by setting agenda, facilitating meeting and coordinating deployment of CS HSE initiatives.

**Education/Certifications**:

- High School Diploma
- (2 year) College Certificate
- OSHA 30

**Experience**:

- 3-5 years in the related field
