Reporting to the Aquatics Program Coordinator, the ideal candidate is motivated, creative, energetic, and available to coach at various times of the day during the week and weekend.This position will be responsible for on-deck coaching for practices, training program creation and implementation, customer service, and responding to the needs of participants. The Coach will be knowledgeable and up to date on current swim technique and training methodologies, will be an expert communicator and team-player and will ensure a safe training environment for all participants.
