In this position, you will provide non-medical, in-home support, and home management services. Our Personal Support Workers provide exceptional in-home and companion experiences and assist with services detailed in our customized personal care service plans. Assist clients with care, observe, and report significant changes in the client’s presentation. Collaborate with the health care team, clients, and their caregivers to maximize independence with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs). Assist clients with Bathing, showering, dressing, mobility, feeding, toileting Assist with household activities including  Meal prep, shopping for groceries laundry etc.  Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle always an asset but not required Assist clients with Bathing, showering, dressing, mobility, feeding, toileting Assist with household activities including  Meal prep, shopping for groceries laundry etc Available to work weekends and some overnight shifts is a bonus Apply Today Our office serves seniors in Victoria and surrounding communities, Colwood, James Bay, Saanich and Sidney.
