Candidate location in Edmonton will work teleworkAs a Group service representative, you help build, serve and maintain business relationships with members and clients.You drive results by reviewing special requests and helping promote and sell products and services based on client needs and your unit’s business objectives and strategies.You help analyze member/client needs and develop and implement personalized solutions. You ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.You will be responsible for a dedicated territory and the related objectives. More specifically, you will be required to: Handle groups greater than 50 employeesSupport assigned clients in terms of managing and administrating group insurance plansEstablish and maintain client relationships by identifying current tor potential needs and promoting client retentionAdvise various partners, stakeholders or clients with regards to the products, services or solutions offered and ensure their satisfactionAnalyze and respond to clients needs, process requests and ensure required follow upsAnalyze and respond to clients with regards to products and solutions offeredCollect, organize and analyze information when adding or modifying plansPresent to clients and attend client meetingsWhat we offer*Competitive salary and annual bonus4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first yearDefined benefit pension plan that provides predictable, stable income throughout retirementGroup insurance including telemedicineReimbursement of health and wellness expenses and telework equipment#LI-HybridWhat you bring to the table College diploma in a related field A minimum of three years of relevant experience Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered Intermediate experience handling large groups with 50+ membersIntermediate experience with hospitals or public sectorGBA/CEBS designationKnowledge of Group Insurance BenefitsKnowledge of distribution networkAvailable for travel in Calgary/Edmonton and surrounding areaMust have a valid G driver's license and access to a vehicleAction oriented, Customer Focus, Differences, Drive results, Interpersonal Savvy, Nimble learningTrade Union (If applicable)
