Job Title - Physiotherapist Location - Owen Sound (OHIP Clinic). Full Time and Part time available - Union Position (Clinic) Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is dedicated to providing Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of home and community settings. We are looking for a Physiotherapist that can bring their integrated approach in therapy services to our clinic location in Owen Sound. Our Physiotherapists enjoy a fun, upbeat, and dynamic environment that keeps them independent and adaptable. Our Physiotherapists will be working with a variety of cases and there will be a special emphasis delivering care to patients coming out of the hospital. If you are looking for an environment where you get to use a variety of your rehab skills to improve the well-being of your clients while delivering care within a team environment, then this role will be right for you. What you will be doing: You will assess and build an accurate rehab care plan to support clients. Creativity and Adaptability. You will exert critical thinking to provide complex preventative or corrective actions for clients to solve problems that interfere with their ability to do things that are important to them. Partner with PT Assistants to support a wide variety of clients on caseloads from pediatric, adults, and senior care. Collaborate with an inter healthcare team that partners with our client’s family members and caregivers to build an inter-discipline, holistic treatment goals, and service plans.
