Executive Aviation is looking for part time Customer Service Agents to work at the Sudbury Airport (YSB) We are looking for someone with great customer service, who has flexible availability and who loves working in the tourism industry. We want to see you grow and reach your goals The sky's the limit with Executive Aviation.Responsibilities;Greeting passengersFollowing airline specific check-in policies and proceduresHave proper security clearancesProvide pre-flight first class or priority seating grooming for the flightManage passenger boarding as per airline proceduresUnderstanding flight document requirements and carry-on allowancesPositively working with airline crewKindly enforce airline and airport policies and procedures to passengersIn some cases, learn how to bridge an airplaneOther duties as assignedQualifications;At least 2 years in customer service roleCompletion or working towards completion of Travel and Tourism Diploma, Marketing or Business DiplomaPrevious airport experience would be considered an assetFlexible availability to work shift work which includes early mornings, days, late evenings, weekends and/or holidaysStrong communication skillsAn ability to meet all conditions of employment:Restricted Area pass issued by Transport CanadaA criminal background checkHold a valid driver’s license
