They are experts in the auto industry. They sell and are capable of explaining the features of the services Midas provides. Their duties and responsibilities include: Selling services such as: Friction, Ride Control and Tires.  Customer engagement: Actively greet and engage customers as they enter the store, establishing rapport and understanding customer needs and preferences. Product knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of automotive maintenance specifications, features, and benefits of each vehicle. Needs assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments by asking open-ended questions to identify customer requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Demonstration of vehicles recommended services: Provide engaging and informative vehicle demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits. Sales presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations that address customer needs, showcase the value of the service, and differentiate the Midas offerings from competitors. Negotiation skills: Utilize strong negotiation skills to handle financing options and follow up after the sale. Maintaining relationships: Manage relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty. Compliance with regulations: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the automotive industry.
