Nous recherchons un coordinateur en santé, sécurité et environnement (SSE) pour soutenir nos activités de sécurité et nos collègues dans nos installations de Lachine, Mirabel et Dorval. Nous recherchons un candidat situé dans la région de Montréal, Québec. Résumé du poste: La personne sera responsable de coordonner les activités de sécurité dans les installations de Lachine, Mirabel et Dorval. Cela comprend la responsabilité directe de la mise en œuvre, de la maintenance et de la continuité des politiques et procédures de sécurité et de santé des installations. Tâches et responsabilités: Supervise le programme de sécurité et initie des mesures visant à améliorer le niveau de sécurité. Examine et met à jour les politiques et procédures de sécurité conformément aux objectifs de l'entreprise et aux réglementations et directives locales, provinciales et fédérales. Veille à ce que tous les nouveaux employés reçoivent une formation appropriée. Examine les documents et récits liés à la sécurité tels que les procès-verbaux du comité de sécurité, les rapports d'inspection, la liste de contrôle d'inspection des chariots élévateurs, les rapports d'enquête sur les accidents et les rapports d'incidents proches. Maintient une liaison entre la direction et les agences réglementaires externes conformément à la politique de l'entreprise et aux directives légales. Préside le comité de sécurité. Tient des dossiers de toute formation des employés, des corrections des conditions dangereuses, des dates et résultats des inspections sur le lieu de travail. Soumet la documentation nécessaire au siège social pour l'archivage. Maintient toutes les inspections de sécurité hebdomadaires, mensuelles et annuelles. Maintient tous les contrôles de matières dangereuses et de zones de matières dangereuses. Maintient les cahiers de fiches de données de sécurité (FDS). Des déplacements seront nécessaires entre les sites. Travaille avec la direction du site pour maintenir le plan d'action d'urgence et le plan de sécurité intégré spécifique au site. Travaille avec la direction du site pour suivre et mettre en œuvre les évaluations du cadre et l'audit de maturité. Équipement utilisé: Équipement de bureau standard. We are looking for a EH&S Coordinator to support our safety activities and teammates in our Lachine, Mirabel, and Dorval facilities. We are looking for a candidate located in the Montreal, Quebec area. Job Summary: This position will be responsible for coordinating the safety activities throughout the Lachine, Mirabel, and Dorval facilities. This includes being directly responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and continuance of the facilities safety, health policies, and procedures. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversees the safety program and initiates steps that will improve the level of safety.Reviews and updates the safety policies and procedures in accordance with Company goals and in compliance with local, provincial, and federal regulations and guidelines. Makes sure all new employees are properly trained. Reviews safety related documents and narratives such as Safety Committee minutes, inspection reports, forklift inspection checklist, accident investigation reports and near miss reports. Maintains liaison between management and outside regulatory agencies in accordance with Company policy and statutory guidelines. Chairs the safety committee. Keeps records of all employee training, corrections of unsafe conditions, dates and results of workplace inspections. Submits necessary documentation to the corporate office for recordkeeping. Maintains all weekly, monthly, and yearly, safety inspections. Maintains all hazardous material and hazardous material area checks. Maintains the SDS logbooks. Travel will be required between sites. Works with Site Leadership to maintain Emergency Action Plan and Site-Specific Integrated Safety PlanWorks with Site Leadership to track and implement Framework Assessments and Maturity Audit Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual in French and EnglishComputer operations skills. Basic mathematics skills. Knowledge of SAP. Knowledge of CNESST regulations and plant safety. Knowledge of CPR and First Aid. Exposure to extreme temperatures. Monday – Friday, 7 am – 4 pm some overtime is required. Education and Experience: High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Three years of experience. Lundi – Vendredi, 7h - 16h, des heures supplémentaires sont nécessaires. Éducation et expérience: Diplôme d'études secondaires requis ; diplôme collégial préféré. Trois ans d'expérience.
