Superintendent, Commercial Construction

Our client, a leading General Contractor in Canada, is seeking a Superintendent to spearhead the on-site execution of high-profile commercial construction projects. This position requires an expert in managing complex building scopes, intricate logistical sequencing, and stringent quality control. The successful candidate will hold full ownership of the project schedule, budget forecasting at the phase-code level, and direct all field personnel and subcontractors.
