What youll do
As part of our Service and Retention team, youll be supporting and helping to retain our existing clients with your passion for providing exceptional customer service and bringing the WOW factor to everything you do. And of course, you know that every interaction with a customer is an opportunity to better meet their needs. Yes, this means up-selling, but not in a pushy way. As a Personal Lines CSR, youll work with our customers via phone, chat, email and text to answer questions, make policy changes, review renewals, cross-sell, update files, assist with billing changes and more.

Your qualifications
Youve worked as a CSR at an insurance brokerage for at least two years, have your RIBO license and absolutely love boring your friends with your deep knowledge of Personal Lines products.
