**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience as a Prep Cook/Line Cook in a high-volume kitchen**:

- **Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred**:

- **Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, recipes, and ingredients**:

- **Ability to work well under pressure**:

- **Excellent organizational and time-management skills**:

- **Availability: Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.**
