As Chief of Staff , you will work directly with the CEO to bring clarity, focus, and momentum to high-impact initiatives. Acting as a strategic advisor and trusted partner , you’ll help set priorities, structure key projects, and drive execution across leadership and teams. Drive cross-functional alignment and unblock high-impact projects. Synthesize complex data into clear insights for faster decision-making. Bachelor’s degree in management, finance, or related field (Master’s preferred). ~Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. ~ High emotional intelligence and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. ~ Experience with modern digital tools and openness to AI-powered solutions. Competitive base salary ($140K–$160K ) + performance-based bonus (20–30%). Education reimbursement (up to $2,000 annually), free on-site gym, and parking.
