About the Role As Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the CEO to bring clarity, focus, and momentum to high-impact initiatives. Acting as a strategic advisor and trusted partner, you'll help set priorities, structure key projects, and drive execution across leadership and teams. Your role will enable leadership effectiveness, foster alignment, and scale the CEO's impact across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Translate big-picture strategy into actionable priorities. Drive cross-functional alignment and unblock high-impact projects. Synthesize complex data into clear insights for faster decision-making. Act as a proxy for the CEO in key meetings and engagements. Facilitate leadership meetings and ensure follow-through on action items.
