Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. You will have a full patient load and schedule from day one. Our practice is a completely digital office with an in house lab that includes CADCAM technology, milling machine, and 3D printer. Mentorship will be provided as needed. The position is for a full-time clinician. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best patient outcomes. This role requires a commitment to patient education, preventative care, and a focus on building lasting relationships with patients. Duties Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages. Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including restorative, preventive, and emergency procedures. Utilize dental software systems (Dentrix) for patient management and record keeping. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide exceptional patient care. Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and treatment options. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety regulations. Stay current with advancements in dentistry, including CAD technology for restorative procedures. Work effectively with pediatric patients, ensuring a comfortable experience for children. Experience Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and staff alike.
