• Familiarity with lease options, abstract management, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
As part of our Lease Services team, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate and timely lease administration services for high-volume, complex projects. You will review, interpret, and abstract lease agreements and related documents, ensuring data integrity across systems to support uninterrupted business operations.
This role involves working on a very high volume of leases simultaneously and managing tasks within existing, ongoing projects. You must be able to quickly step in and pick up where previous team members left off, ensuring continuity and accuracy without disrupting project timelines.

Lease Abstraction & Analysis: Extract and summarize critical lease terms, clauses, and provisions from complex agreements, amendments, and related documents.
• Data Entry & Integrity: Accurately enter, maintain, and reconcile lease and contract data - including dates, financial terms, ownership, legal descriptions, and depth restrictions - within TRIRIGA or other lease management systems.
• Project Continuity: Seamlessly transition into ongoing projects, quickly understanding prior work and continuing execution without delays.
• Consulting & Compliance: Provide guidance on lease administration processes, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Issue Resolution: Address complex lease-related issues with innovative solutions while prioritizing tasks and managing ambiguity.
Quality Assurance: Conduct audits and validations to ensure compliance with client standards and regulatory requirements.
