Are YOU our next Senior Medical Laboratory Technologist?
We’re looking for a Senior Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our team in Histology in Ottawa, Ontario. You will be responsible for delivering in a timely manner the highest level of clinical and scientific quality to everyone we serve with a variety of testing using the latest technology. Permanent Full Time
Vacancy Type: Replacement
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. Histology
Access a health and wellness benefits program that supports you and your loved ones
Deliver high-quality laboratory services in a timely manner
Perform all aspects of Histology, including grossing specimens, embedding, microtomy, routine and special staining
Ensure quality control standards and perform routine maintenance on lab equipment

Minimum 3 years of extensive experience working in Histology as Medical Laboratory Technologist
Carry a CMLTO Registration as a practicing Medical Laboratory Technologist in good standing
Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook at an intermediate level
Solid ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide recommendations for resolution

Normal office environment
Medical laboratory environment
May sit or stand for prolonged period of time with extensive computer use
Pay rate: $39.00-$42.75 per hour
