Power Platform Technical Analyst

Help shape the future you want to see - and discover that better can take you anywhere you want to go.The Power Platform Technical Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the stability, reliability, and scalability of our Power Platform environment.Increase usage of Power Platform globally including Copilot Studio AI Agent adoption requires additional expertise.Office location: Montreal - QC or Waterloo - ON or Toronto - ON or Halifax - Canada Work arrangement: Hybrid (3 days from Office, 2 days from Home); Remote working option is not available.Position Responsibilities:Platform Reliability Management & TroubleshootingInvestigate and resolve issues related to app performance, data integration, and automation failures.Address issue and engage with users to povide Tier 2/3 support for Power Platform applications and flows.Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issuesPlatform MaintenanceMonitor platform health, usage, and performance metrics.Manage environment configurations, security roles, and data policies.Perform routine audits and ensure compliance with governance standards.Documentation & Knowledge SharingMaintain support documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.Conduct training sessions and create user guides for business users.Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementWork closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to support ongoing enhancements.Identify opportunities to streamline support processes and improve user experience.
