We are looking to expand our team with a motivated and hard-working lawyer. The successful candidate will work closely with both partners and the firm’s law clerks. Compassionate client interaction, including in person, electronically, and by telephone.
Legal research.
0-5 year call and member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
~ Ability to speak comfortably, empathetically, and confidently, on the phone or in person, with clients, lawyers, insurance adjusters and court staff.
~ Ability to produce accurate, high quality work in a busy work environment within established time frames.
~ Ability to speak other languages is considered an asset.
~ Experience in personal injury, accident benefits, and/or insurance defence litigation, and in conducting examinations for discovery and mediations, is an asset.
