Senior Director of Human Resources

We are recruiting a Senior Human Resources Director on behalf of our client to lead strategic and operational HR initiatives across their Canadian and U.Supporting a diverse workforce of 1,300 employees in both manufacturing and corporate environments, this role is critical in advancing business priorities through people, culture, and compliance excellence. The successful candidate will be an accomplished HR leader with experience guiding multi-site, cross-border organizations through growth and transformation. S. employment legislation, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence at the executive level, this individual will shape and advance the HR strategy to support long-term success.

Shape and execute HR strategies that align with organizational growth and operational priorities.
Provide counsel to senior executives on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
Oversee HR operations and employee relations to ensure consistent, compliant, and equitable practices.
Lead and develop a team of HR Managers and Generalists, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Partner with Talent Management to deliver robust recruitment, development, and retention programs that build leadership pipelines and critical workforce capabilities.
Champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement, recognition, and inclusion, reinforcing a positive and values-driven workplace.
S. jurisdictions, proactively managing HR-related risk.
Strong leadership in building and guiding high-performing HR teams.
Skill in navigating complex employee relations with fairness and integrity.
Success in driving cultural initiatives that elevate engagement, inclusion, and organizational performance.
