Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients through scheduled virtual and telephone appointments Educate members on available insurance and benefit options Assess client needs and present appropriate coverage solutions Clearly explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and coverage details Assist clients with the enrolment and application process Respond to questions and provide professional customer support Follow up with prospective and existing clients Maintain accurate client information and documentation Build strong and lasting client relationships Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development Maintain knowledge of company products, procedures, and industry requirements Requirements Must have a valid life insurance licence or be willing to obtain one Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional and customer-focused approach Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Comfortable communicating with clients by phone and video Strong organizational and time-management skills Willingness to learn and receive coaching Previous insurance or sales experience is an asset, but not required What We Provide Fully remote work environment Flexible scheduling Comprehensive training and onboarding Ongoing coaching and mentorship Company-provided leads Performance-based compensation and bonus opportunities Opportunities for professional development Advancement opportunities into leadership and management If you are motivated, coachable, and interested in developing a long-term career in the insurance industry, we encourage you to apply.
