The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities for this job position: • Monitoring animal health • Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings • Manage overall operation of farm • Purchase machinery, livestock, seed, feed and other supplies • Determine the amount and kinds of crops to be grown and livestock to be raised • Establish marketing programs • Maintain financial and production records • Perform general farm duties • Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers We pay competitive wages of $26.00 to $38.00 per hour.
