A&M Orchards Ltd. Located in Keremeos, BC is looking to hire a full time and permanent Farm Supervisor. The person does require Secondary(High) school education and 1 to less than 2 years of experience, and English is an asset. The person must be able to perform some duties as part of work and that includes: Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed Maintain quality control and production records Select livestock for sale Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations Perform general farm duties We pay a competitive wage of $22.00-$26.00 hourly/ 40 hours per week.
