This position is primarily responsible for helping existing data and adtech customers succeed while achieving specific team and individual sales and profit goals. Individuals in this position will provide an exceptional level of business to business (B2B) sales consultation, customer service, and innovative data solutions. You have a strong understanding of data and know how to leverage Pelmorex’s premium data & adtech products to build strategic solutions for clients. Success in the role will be measured primarily through client growth and retention. We’ll also consider if you have at least 2 years of sales/account management experience with a desire to progress quickly or if you have experience in the Data / Adtech / Programmatic space with a proven track record.
Please note, this is a 12 month Contract role that requires you to be eligible to work in Canada.
WHAT'S THE DAY TO DAY LIKE?
- Working with our Client Partner sales team to deeply understand our customers’ strategic objectives and business priorities.
- Working with the Data & Adtech product team to deeply understand and become an expert on Pelmorex’s data & adtech product suite.
- Leveraging this expertise to provide compelling data strategies, product recommendations, campaign optimizations, actionable insights and reporting with the goal of growing revenue at the account level.
- Working collaboratively with our Client Partner team and assisting in the sales process by attending client meetings and representing Pelmorex’s Ad tech products.
- Onboard, train and support our self-serve customers.
- Taking complete ownership of your defined territory and measuring success based on achieving sales growth objectives and profit targets.
- Providing data & adtech customers with an exceptional customer experience resulting in renewals and upsells.
- Clear and compelling communication skills and the ability to communicate complex subject matter in a concise manner.
- Have a strong understanding of internal and external technologies: GAM, DSPs (e.g. Engagefront, DV360, TTD), DMPs (e.g. Constellation, Adobe), Ad Verification (e.g. MOAT, DoubleVerify) Google Analytics etc...
- Pelmorex runs a flexible work environment (#chooseyourownadventure), however the territory for this role would be based in Toronto/Oakville with the expectation to see clients in person when required..
- 2-5 years of relevant client relationship experience1+ year(s) of experience working with data analytics and/or programmatic DSPs
- Programmatic media buying experience is an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset and data driven decision making

The ability to translate an in-depth knowledge of our data and adtech product suite into effective solutions that provide value for our customers is essential. As such, the ability to present your ideas succinctly, with a focus on the value we provide for our customers is a critical component of success in this role
