We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Construction Superintendent/Foreman who specializes in industrial electrical installations and is ready to make a significant impact at Allnorth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who excels at coordinating complex projects, managing on-site teams, and maintaining high standards for quality and safety. Your expertise will help drive project success, inspire the team, and ensure the seamless execution of industrial electrical work from start to finish. Success in this role means taking ownership, delivering results efficiently, and contributing to Allnorth’s reputation as a trusted partner in engineering and construction.

A Day in the Life

As an Electrical Construction Superintendent/Foreman, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day activities of electrical installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
  • Leading and managing a team of electricians and subcontractors, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals align with client expectations.
  • Conducting regular safety inspections and maintaining compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Reviewing project plans, schematics, and specifications to confirm that electrical work is carried out as per approved designs.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any on-site issues, minimizing disruptions and ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation, including reports, change orders, and progress updates for management and clients.
What You’ll Bring to the Team


To excel in this position, you’ll need:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent/Foreman in industrial electrical construction projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and safety standards.
    Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documents.
    [Preferred: Certifications or licenses, e.g., “Journeyman Electrician Certification” or “Red Seal Certification”].

    Ability to problem-solve on the fly and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
