As an Associate Application Administrator, you'll offer comprehensive support for both internal and third-party application environments, while collaborating with all necessary stakeholders. This role is focused on the management of application software licenses, root cause analysis within the software environment and full documentation, and strategic planning for application capacity and demand.

About The Role

  • Monitor software applications
  • Contribute to documentation and analysis of opportunities
  • Manage application integrations
  • Maintain comprehensive system documentation
  • Contribute towards development of test plans to validate the logic of new/modified applications
  • Coordinate, test, and communicate changes, upgrades/maintenance schedules, and new services, ensuring business operations in current and future environments
  • Set up administrator and service accounts
  • Contribute towards appropriate controls and audit logs
  • Collaborate internally to ensure proper application support
  • Contribute towards process automation initiatives

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in application administration or a related role
  • 1 year of experience with -system administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical documentation
  • Familiarity with security protocols and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 years of server and network systems administration or similar experience
  • Knowledge of C# or PowerShell
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Some conceptual knowledge of managing and optimizing cloud-based applications
  • Some conceptual knowledge of application monitoring and performance tuning implementation and management
  • Prior experience in collaborating with software development teams
