Baker Tilly Windsor is looking for a Client Service Associate to join our team. With a new office located in the heart of Walkerville, we can offer a unique space to come in every day. If so, then get onboard for the position of Client Service Associate. In this role, you will provide dedicated specialized administrative support. You may also correspond directly with clients. Your first impressions will leave lasting results on our business and customer experience.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare documentation and provide updates in preparation for client meetings.
  • Create reports for analysis of client accounts and assist clients with transactional needs.
  • Familiarize and adhere to compliance requirements, including all aspects of new and existing account documentation.
  • Provide a high level of client service which includes responding to phone, mail, and electronic enquiries.
  • Deliver the ‘gold standard’ client experience at every interaction with team members, colleagues, and clients; prioritize and handle own work and consistently exercise discretion.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures and maintain a culture and operation of risk management.
  • Participate fully as a team member, continually improve knowledge, and keep others informed and up to date about status and progress, issues or other related activities.

A successful candidate will have:

  • 2+ years’ experience in an administrative role (Financial Services preferred).
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to work independently and to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving with the ability to balance multiple daily responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new software. Caseware experience is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong time management, communication and priority setting skills to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deal with clients in a professional and courteous manner, in person and digitally.
