The Role:

As an Informatics Administrator, you will work with the Dealer Training Optimization team and Project Management team to facilitate the transition of dealerships from their current DMS provider to PBS.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent support to our customers in our software.
  • Support and troubleshoot issues that arise via calls and emails to the Support team.
  • Write up tickets and investigate issues.
  • Escalate issues to appropriate teams as needed.
  • Load and code Financials, DOC’s (1, 2, 3 and Custom), Income Dashboards, and more.
  • Program new loaner setups and assist with existing loaner changes.
  • Maintain letterhead for existing customers and assist new letterhead creation for go-live dealers.
  • Communicate with customers for approvals of documentation.
  • Maintain documentation and update processes within the department.
  • Respond to internal and external support requests in a timely manner.
  • Navigate our DMS Software to assist customers effectively.
  • Commit to ongoing education and cross-training.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong documentation, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work occasional weekends and Canadian & US holidays for software installations.
